Loggernet stats table constantly updating?

I'm writing a program to integrate the loggernet standard statistics tables into some of our existing applications. I've noticed that when I do subscribe to the standard statistics table that I'm getting updates every 10 seconds. Is this behavior normal? Our towers are set to only check in once every 10 minutes, so shouldn't the table update every 10 minutes?

Hello Geoffm,

The server updates its statistics tables every 10 seconds.
