timed out or resource error

I have just installed RTMC Pro (LoggerNet 3.4)

I am getting the error; transaction failure "timed out or resource error" table poll xxxxx.ts_data

unexpected socket error 10053 software caused connection abort.

The data being collected is 10HZ, via GPRS connection

Is this error related to the RTMC Pro installation?

The 10053 error indicates that the windows IP stack has decided to close the socket. This can be due either to TCP transmission time-outs or it can also be due to the action of many "personal firewalls" in the current set of (anti)virus packages.
