we had RS232/RS485 to fiber converters, dataloggers.

Please let me know your ideas about MUX - RS232 in which and your products that we can use this network.

Assuming that the computer and media converters are in close physical proximity, the best approach is to use a USB - Serial converter with multiple ports. I believe that there are a number of different types of this device available but a quick search in Google found this one:
