Solys 2 error..need help.?

hi everybody.

i have a problem for the Solys2. Now it's status light alway is red. it do not sun tracker. i need your help. thanks all

Hi Trunghiepsy,

Based on the Solys2 Manual on page 22, if the Status Light is on and solid (not blinking) this indicates a hardware error(s).

If you purchased the Solys2 from K&Z, please call their customer support.. It's also possible you need an OS upgrade.

yes it is from K&Z and they send to me the new firmware is upgraded. i did upgraded for it but only work 1 or 2 day. it have error again. can you help me please? thanks sir so much.

Hi Trunghiepsy,

Again it sounds like a hardware failure. You may have to send it back to Kipp & Zonen for repair. Please call their customer support line for an RMA.
