Duplex for a nl/100

Does anybody know the duplex setting for the nl/100? I have one connected to a managed switch and would like to know what to set the duplex to.

I found an older post that says the nl/100 does not support full duplex.

I have quite a few NL100 Network Link Interfaces in operation and from my experience, the ethernet port works best when hard set to half-duplex.
