Is your web site experiencing some problems? None of the links seem to work.
Our weather station stopped communicating yesterday. The station is accessed via our Rainbird Cirrus, it began to have problems five days ago and was intermittent. It will no longer answer, and did not attempt auto download yesterday. Manuel download just rings. Datalogger was upgraded in 2006 by Pete Morris. Unfortunately Pete is now in Montana and I/we do not have confidence in the current Rainbird rep. to handle this. Station phone number is 702-346-2978, Alarm number is 702-346-2977. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, AAA
I will attempt to provide model number, software, etc. again any help in locating this info. would be helpful.
Thanks again.
Hello,
CSI has application engineers in-house dedicated to supporting the Rainbird stations. It would probably be best if you call our office and speak to someone directly to see if they can get you up and running.

Howdy!
You're right about the phone. It just rings and rings. Has anyone been out to the station to check power? You'll need a decent DMM. I'd be happy to walk you through what the voltages need to be and where to check 'em. I'd also like you to measure the phone line voltages as they come into the station. I believe I've been to this site with Pete Morris. I think you've got an old WS200 station with the power and battery at the very base of the station in a box.
I'm guessing that either there's a power or phone line issue at the site. The way the connection gradually dies makes me think it's a phone connection problem but I've been wrong before.
Drop me a line or give me a call.
