CR9000 - Help with output for a complete novice

geostudent Jan 27, 2011 02:26 PM

Sorry if this has been answered in any manuals/FAQs, but I haven't found anything and I'm desperate.

I have a set of output data from a CR9000 connected to a geophone, which outputs a voltage proprotional to its displacement (http://www.geophone.com/techpapers/SM-4%20Brochure.pdf). It is being used to measure data on tremors, the data are outputted in a spreadsheet with 8 data points for each time that data were collected, eg:

45.7135 40.1963 9.45796 21.1228 85.1217 188.056 119.486 44.9253

Which value am I meant to use/what needs doing to the data to give the output voltage of the geophone for each given time?

Any help greatly appreciated.
