We have some CR850 in the field that are showing unusual behavior:
when we turn on the unit we can see the display perfectly, but once you try to view the data tables, we no longer can read the display even altering contrast levels to maximum. As we were in the summer when we realized the problem, we think, what could be the heat, but the truth is that we are now in the winter and the problem still stands.
anyone ever experienced a similar problem or can give me some solution to this problem?
