The first time I used PC400 software with CR10X campbell it asked to me for the electrical propierties of the country, USA(60Hz)but now I am in a country with 50 Hz, and I can not find where in the software I can change this propierty, and I understand it is an important configuration. Can somebody help me ?
Thanks
The setting is settable in the Shortcut program under the Program, AC Noise Rejection option you get to via the menu options.
This controls the noise rejection option used to create new Shortcut programs.
If you use Edlog, or the CRBasic editor to create programs you have to select the correction integration option yourself when writing the program. In CRbasic you could do a search and replace on all the _60Hz to _50Hz references in a program which will capture most changes needed.
This setting controls how much noise you might pickup from local mains sources. If there are no mains sources near your installation then this won't be a problem. There is no safety or other risk.
Thanks for quick answer. I can not find in the menu were I can change the noise rejection option. I use Edlog, but in my program there is no mention for 50-60Hz reference. I am working with self made anemometers (pulse channels) and in the future with termocouples. If you can give some more help on this, Thanks again
Gabriela
The menu option is only in Shortuct.
In Edlog you select the noise rejection by the range code you enter in the instruction of the program for analog measurements for the slow integrations. Generally range codes starting in 2x are for 60Hz, whilst you would use 3x for 50 Hz rejection.
