Since I'm not finding any used CR10X dataloggers, it looks like the CR1000 is the replacement for the CR10X, is that essentially correct?
I've got some code running on CR10Xen, but it looks like I'm going to have to learn a new {language, coding style}, is there a good reference for making the transition between the PC208W and PC200W? Is it worth getting the PC400 software?
I'm poking through the CR1000 manual, but it's 500 pages, so it's slow going...

I too had been using Edlog with CR21, CR10&X, CR23X etc. I was able to migrate rather easily to CRBasic as I had a DOS Basic and QuickBasic background. Once you get the hang of it you'll be very happy you switched. There is a program in Loggernet called Transformer. It does a pretty decent job of converting CSI files to CRBasic files.
As far as replacement loggers, the CR800 and CR1000 are the closest to the CR10X. Depending on the number of input channels you require, I'd look at both. Programming is all done with CRBasic.
