The Campbell version has voltage outputs for both temperature and humidity, hence the simpler wiring. You have selected a model with the Humidity as voltage and the temperature measurement using the PRT100 sensor in it's raw form which requires more user input.
Simple solution:
Return to Vaisala and get the voltage output version.

More complex solution:
You will need a 3WPB100 or 4WPB100 to connect the PRT100 sensor to the logger. http://www.campbellsci.com/4wpb100. Page 21 and 22 of the Vaisala HMP155 manual show the wiring for the sensor and the PT100 sensor wiring configuration. Using the Vaisala and 4WPB100 manuals the wiring is simple to figure out.
Look in CRBasic for the PRT programming instruction and use the example from there.

You could also contact one of the many consultants and integrators to provide the programming wiring as well.
