I just installed the 3.2 patch.
Why are the text and label so fuzzy now?

Users can control the look of their projects to some extent through the Edit -> Preferences -> Graphics Quality. High Quality is the default and uses anti-aliased fonts when rendering text. Lowering the graphic quality changes the text so it gets rendered in a more blocky fashion.
