RF Modem Radio Is dead

Hello,

I need your help, I have a Modem radio RF401 but I made a mistake, I put a tranformer of 18Vcc, and the modem does not work anymore. I see the circuit and the component d7 and z1 traps are, My question is: could replace these components??

You'll need to contact your local Campbell Scientific office and talk with them about repair options.
