I am trying to process TOB1 time series data in EdiRe. While processing, EdiRe will encounter the typical errors in the data (error in processsing wind direction, error in despiking, etc)...nothing unusual and not surprising when I review the corresponding TOA5 data. However, when it encounters these errors it just stops processing whereas it used to just crunch through the errors and continue processing through to the end of my dataset. Now it just completely stops. I have set my INF and NAN tests to -9999 as suggested by Campbell Scientific and it made no difference. This is frustrating and time consuming. Has anyone else who is a frequent user of EdiRe encountered this issue? How was it resolved?

Why don't you try replacing NANs and INFs with a previous good data? That is an option in EdiRe too.
yes, I have tried that as well. I also tried extending my gap allowances. Nothing seems to be working. EdiRe still stops processing once it runs into data problems. Just taking me more time to process than usual. Thank you though.
