The clock in my CR1000 datalogger is about 2 minutes fast each day even though the lithium battery is a healthy 3.45 V. The CR1000 specs indicate that the clock should be accurate to +/-3 min/year, so something is very wrong. Do you know what the cause of this may be?
Thanks,
Mike
In cases such as this, there's usually something or someone behind the scenes setting the clock.
Do you work in an organization where all PCs are automatically synchronized to a central clock (and perhaps that clock is off 2 minutes?)?
You can check the trans*.log in the c:\campbellsci\loggernet directory. If a clock set is occurring, it will show up in the logs (e.g., you will find the words "Clock Set" with a date & time it occurred).
