We are logging data in CR1000 loggers. Does anyone know if there is a feature whereby the internal clock will automatically switch to the time changes. To eliminate confusion, we refer to watch time when we log data. This corresponds to the RTU data that we pull from SCADA until the logged data from the CR1000 record is downloaded from the field twice a year. After downloading the data there is a need to adjust the record to correspond to the actual time, whether it be daylight time or standard time. Rather than trying to determine the actual date & time when the CR1000 logger was adjusted in the field to correspond to the correct time, it would be desireable if the CR1000 would automatically change from 0200 to 0300 hr on 3/14/10, and conversely, from 0200 to 0100 hr on 11/1/10. That way there is not a need to have to determine the date in which the clock was reset in the field and adjust the record back to the time change. The hour of overlap or gap, is merely blended which is generally not an issue.
If the CR1000 does not have this feature, I would be curious to hear what other users are doing to deal with this issue.

Take a look at the CRBasic DaylightSaving and DaylightSavingUS instructions.
