We've accomplished to download and update data from the data tables of the CR1000 throught a phone modem. However, when we try to send a new program the datalogger using the same path something goes wrong and we receive an error message saying that it wasn't possible to send the program. The system also collapses when we try to collect all data via "Collect Now".
Is it a connection problem? It seems like if we request a higher data flux, the phone modem or the network can't handle and we loose connection with the instrument. Since we are in Brazil I don't if It could be a phone service problem. Should we change any parameter on the Setup Wizard?

Check the Maximum time online parameter is long enough to cope with the time needed to either load a big program or collect lots of data. If not the call can be terminated, although normally with warnings.
