First step is to check you will have coverage as Australia are shutting down some of their 2G networks in preference to 3G networks (of which they have their own flavour). You should find that 2G does continue to work near large cities for a while.
With regards to your own provider, unless you have a special deal with them, you are at risk of running up some very large roaming charges. It is also possible the APN may be blocked from access from some overseas countries.
Generally it is best to either buy a SIM in the country of use or go to a specialist M2M company that supplies SIMS with reasonable roaming rates (or a flat rate applicable to different countries).
Dear APS thanks for your answer
i have verify, my site is cover by telstra in gprs only. not by vodaphone.
this is a good point.
When i will program my cr1000, for the apn, do you think i put orange network or telstra network?
I know for the roaming rates...

I am not sure. Generally the original APN should work, as that setting is not changed in many phones when are used and roam abroad. The Telstra APN is unlikely to work unless there is an agreement between Orange and Telstra as most networks do additional checks before allowing the connection, beyond the username and password check, e.g. the home network of the phone and even the type of phone (via the IMEI number). Some networks reserve some APNs for smart phones, some for M2M use etc etc.
If you have problems, try the APN
