My CR1000x doesn't work after I connected my MS80SH Plus+

Hello,

I connected an MS80SH Plus+ pyranometer to my CR1000X using the following configuration:

EKO C-BOXCR1000X
Black → C5
Blue → C6
White → G
Brown → 12V
Shield → Ground (with the ground symbol)

I also provided a 12V, 0.4A power source to the Power In.

Typically, I use the second ground pin in the middle row of the datalogger, and it worked just fine. However, after connecting it to the first ground pin in the second row, the datalogger stopped working. The power light no longer turns on (it used to), and now I can't connect the datalogger to my PC. I tried different USB cables, but none worked. I also attempted to connect via Ethernet, but that didn't work either.

The power light doesn’t turn on, even when the datalogger is powered via 12V at the Power In or via USB.

When the datalogger is powered with 12V at the Power In, I notice a voltage difference between the 12V and G pins, as well as between the 5V and G pins.
