Enclosure cleaning Advice

I have a ENC CDL 12/14 Enclosure as part of my Aws which has been in operation for about 3 years. Please would you be able to recommend the best way of cleaning the outside of the enclosure. I have wiped it over on occasions with a damp cloth but this does not remove the more stubbon stains / weathering effects.
