VisualWeather Report Error

Monte Oct 31, 2011 06:49 PM

Hello
I've an ET107 weather station which I programmed using the VisualWeather 3.1.1.4 software.

There is a Windsonic1 on connector 4, other sensors are standard. Excerpt from .ini file:
[Sensors]
Connector1=0
Connector2=0
Connector3=0
Connector4=10
Connector5=18
Connector6=22
Connector7=24
Connector8=0

I can upload the program and the station is measuring well. I can monitor the station data and collect datas. I can create most of the reports. But reports including datas from the Windsonic1 don't work. I get this error message:

---------------------------
VisualWeather
---------------------------
Error generating reports.
Error Loading Values for VW_Hourly.WindSpd_ms_WVc(1).
Field 'WindSpd_ms_WVc(1)' not found
Error Generating Wind Speed Report
Error Loading Values for VW_Hourly.WindSpd_ms_WVc(1).
Field 'WindSpd_ms_WVc(1)' not found
Error Generating Wind Rose Report
Error Loading Values for VW_Hourly.WindSpd_ms_WVc(1).
Field 'WindSpd_ms_WVc(1)' not found
Error loading ETo Values for ETo/Crop Water Reports

I guess there is somewhere a mismatch with the field names for the Windsonic1. But I've no idea if/where/how I can correct this.

I've asked someone who supports our ET107 stations to contact you. I think we have seen this before and can provide you with an updated program to resolve the error messages.

Howdy!

Would you please send me a copy of your program that VisualWeather created. It should be located in the "C:\CAMPBELLSCI\VISUALWEATHER\PROGFILES" folder. It will have your station name followed by a CR1 extension. Please send it to the following email address: bart-n@campbellsci.com.

I thought this particular bug had been corrected in the version of VisualWeather that you have.

Thanks!
