LogTool message

I have a remote station that im having comunication problems.

i get logged to the station with a GSM modem but i cant get any info from the station. I have a CF100 with a 2GB card and with file control i cant get any info from the card. I cant ,even, get the StatusTable. What i get from LogTool is this:

The log fragment that you quote above comes from LoggerNet state log and is intended to help troubleshoot internal LoggerNet server errors. As such it does not really help all that much when it comes to troubleshooting communication issues. That said, the "Rung by peer" message that you have bold-faced above indicates that the PakBusPort has handled a RING PakBus packet.

hi there

i tryed to connect with hiperterminal and it always responds with "CR1000>R" and doesn't let me access to the internal menu.

And when i link with LoggerNet, the Logger accepts the call but i can't get anything of the logger (not even the StatusTable) and because of that i can't remotly debug the problem.

I have a CF100 linked to the logger and a MD485 to link it to another logger . Can it be a problem with the flash card what is doing this? Do you know any action to do remotly and get any info of the logger? if not, do you think that the reload of the OS, resolve the comunication problem? how can i debug a flash card problem? because i remotly formated the card (i stoped the program and erased it from memory first)
