CardConvert Issue

Hi,

I'm trying to use cardconvert on data stored on a pcc card from a cr5000 data logger. When I try and make the cardconvert software convert the files that would be found on the F drive, wand select this, and ask it to convert it says "Starting Conversions
No files to convert!
Done"
There are no files under the F drive when I attempt to start the conversion. What do I need to do to convert it so the data is no longer unreadable?

Have you copied the files from the card to your computer? If you haven't you may want to try that before using card convert.
