AM25T measuring temperature with CR10X

Ambichurton Sep 2, 2011 03:41 PM

Dear Campbell Develop Engineer,

I am trying to use the AM25T as a channel extension to measure 20 temperatures, connecting the AM25T to a CR10X. In the CR10X program:

Thermocouple Temp (DIFF) (P14)
1: 1 Reps
2: 22 7.5 mV 60 Hz Rejection Range
3: 1 DIFF Channel
4: 4 Type J (Iron-Constantan)
5: 3 Ref Temp (Deg. C) Loc [ RTemp_C ]
6: 4 -- Loc [ T_w2 ]
7: 1 Mult
8: 0 Offset

What number should I input for the DIFF Channel, the channel number of the CR10X(1~6) or the AM25T(1~25)?

Thanks!

I suggest using ShortCut to create a program. The wiring diagram and the program it generates should make things clear.
