Still getting page not found on new products.

This should work now. You may have to change one URL value to fire it. Let us know if it doesn't work.

Hi Lex,

No it's still showing an error on all those new pages. One has Page error, one shows that orange error screen and the other one of this HS group is resolving to the homepage.

Also, seems to be a thumbnail problem on the category page.
Can't access the CMS at the moment so not much I can do from this side to try something.

'soil-water-content'

Cheers,

Tracy

Hi Tracy,

The issue you are encountering on this page as well as your other post are related. The "Contact Us" component will remove the CMS functionality when it is linked to a page due to the way google maps operates and our text editor initializes. You can however access the page content by navigating from a page where this component is not currently displaying. The "Contact Us" component is also not built in a way that is meant for a narrow column on the right and will have sizing issues for its images and text. A Text Block may be best suited for that area if you are looking for a quick block of contact information at this time.

Please try those pages again. I changed a URL value to fire the recreation functionality. '/video-data-logger-compare' and '/video' are now showing properly as a pages ready to have components linked in (These being the two most recent URLs I could find). If there are still more URLS having issues please post their friendly so I know which page I need to look at.

Thanks,
Tanner

Hi Tanner,

What I'm generally doing is using a text block with the support menu in the right column.

Those pages are now showing thanks.

Good to get some steps forward with this :)

Cheers,

Tracy

Tanner,

The other page that is showing an error is /fh500

Cheers,

Tracy

Hi Tracy,

Is this a product or another page? The URL associated with the product is currently /fire-weather-fh500. I'll mostly likely have to be in the office to look further into the code/database to see whats going on if this page is something different than products. Sorry for the delay.

Thanks,
Tanner
