Add New Category Tab - not working

Hi,

The add new category tab isn't working.
Neither is the duplicate category tab.

It works again if you exit the CMS and come back in.

This seems to be working fine here, but there must be some sequence of steps you are taking that causes this. Can you give us more information about what you are doing right before this happens?
